I want you to love your books, and quality is always guaranteed. If something arrives damaged or with a printing issue, I’ll make it right.

Refunds & Replacements

Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement within 14 days of receiving your reward if:

  • The package is verified as lost through tracking.

  • The book has issues that affect readability, such as faulty binding or torn pages.

  • There is significant damage that affects display (such as crushed corners or deep gouges).

To receive a replacement, please email me at amy@amycampbell.info with your order number and clear photos of the problem on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick step helps me provide a fast resolution.

I cannot replace items at no cost if:

  • The package is marked “delivered” by tracking.

  • Delivery failed due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect address.

  • Damage is minor (like light scratches on sprayed edges or small scuffs on dust jackets).

Refund Policy

Because all books are made to order or produced in limited Kickstarter runs, I cannot offer general refunds or returns once production begins.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

  • Verified production errors.

  • Items that cannot be replaced due to being sold out.

Refunds, when issued, will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (usually 7–10 business days for cards, 24 hours for PayPal).

Scratch & Dent Book Policy

From time to time, I offer “Scratch & Dent” copies at a discounted price. These are books that arrived from the printer with cosmetic flaws (such as scratches, dings, spine damage, scuffed edges, imperfect foiling, or slightly crushed corners).

  • Condition: Every Scratch & Dent book is fully readable but may have visible cosmetic damage.

  • Variation: Damage varies from copy to copy. Photos are representative examples only; your book may look different.

  • Final Sale: All Scratch & Dent books are sold as is at a discount. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be provided.

These books are perfect if you’d like a readable copy at a lower price and don’t mind cosmetic imperfections.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled or edited up until they enter production. After production begins, cancellation isn’t possible. Digital purchases, donations, and tips are non-refundable.

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at author-amy-campbell-shop@support.fourthwall.com. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you. 

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or customs fees charged by your government. These fees are not included in your order and must be paid directly to the courier. If a package is returned because fees were unpaid, I cannot refund the order or initial shipping. A second delivery attempt would require additional payment.
